Senegal got themselves off to a great start, in their first ever World Cup finals, by beating the defending champions 1-0 in Seoul.

Denmark vs Senegal
Senegal held on, with ten men for the last ten  minutes, to share the points with Denmark.

Senegal vs Uruguay
After taking a 3-0 lead, Senegal nervously let it slip away but managed to hold on for the draw that earned them a place in the Second Round.
