Michel is the founder of TravelNotes.org and Travel-Write.com.
As a freelance photo-journalist, Michel has had travel
articles and photographs published and syndicated around the world in traditional media
and moved into the Internet medium in 1996.
Since 1997, he has been been publishing travel articles on the Travel Notes website and eventually founded
Travel-Write.com in 2005; to help give more publishing power to travel writers and
hopefully find a way to share in the profits of web advertising, as reward for their
contributions.
If this is something you would like to be a part of, come on board and gain some recognition for your work.

Travel Guides -
Which Guidebook to Travel With?
Travel Guides are a Godsend and a tremendous amount of research has gone into them, but
they can be a little patronising at times. Don't cling to them religiously, as many
travellers do. They are not the bibles that they are made out to be, and are often out of
date before they are published.
