Travel Notes Airlines Directory
UK-based charter airline Air 2000 (DP) was founded in 1987 to serve Mediterranean resorts. Rebranding in 1994 saw the parent company renamed First Choice Holidays. But by 2004, the party was over.
Air Afrique (RK) was a multi-national carrier based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, and served as the national airline for a number of Francophone countries in West Africa. Operations ceased in January, 2002.

Algerie (AH) - Algeria:
Created in 1962, the Algerian airline serves 44 international and 35
domestic destinations in Africa's second-largest country.
ALM Antillean Airlines (LM) was the main airline of the Netherlands Antilles between its foundation in 1964 and its closure in 2001, operating out of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.
Air Aruba (FQ) was established as the national carrier of Aruba in 1986 but ceased operations on 23rd October, 2000.

Low-cost airline with regular scheduled domestic and international
flights to more than 165 destinations across 25 countries.
Air Atlanta Icelandic (CC) -
Iceland:
Air Atlanta is an aircraft charter company providing ACMI (Aircraft,
Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) services through the leasing of
aircraft to other airlines.
The Air Atlanta brand consists of two sister airlines, Air Atlanta Icelandic, with headquarters in Iceland and Air Atlanta Europe, established in 2021 in Malta.

Réunion :
French regional airline of the Indian Ocean with scheduled services from
Réunion to France, India,
South Africa, Thailand and a number
of destinations in the Indian Ocean.

Baltic (BT) - Latvia:
Latvia's national airline operates direct flights out of the Baltic
State capitals of Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania)
and Tallinn (Estonia) with
convenient connections around Europe, Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle
East.
Air Berlin USA (AB) was founded in 1978 to provide an airline service to West Berlin, a territory that could not legally be served by West German airline Lufthansa due to political restrictions on East German airspace.
Air Berlin became a German-owned company in 1991, shortly after the reunification of Germany.
After suffering years of losses, Air Berlin filed for insolvency on 15th August 2017.

Headquartered in Gaborone, Air Botswana flies to Cape Town, Francistown,
Johannesburg, Kasane and Maun. The airline also has codeshare agreements
with Air Seychelles and Qatar Airways.

National airline operating scheduled services to one domestic destination, Bobo-Dioulasso, along
with regional services to

Ghana, Mali,
Niger, Senegal and
Togo.

New Caledonia domestic services from Magenta-Noumea
to: Loyalty Islands, the Isle of Pines, Northern Province and Tontouta.
Air Canada: (AC)
Canada's maple leaf flies to over 545 destinations around the world. For schedules,
reservations and fares Air Canada likes you to register your e-mail address; even to
browse as a guest.
Air Caraibes:
(TX)
Based in Guadeloupe, Air Caraibes flies between Barbados,
Fort de France, Grenada, La
D�sirade, Les Saintes, Marie-Galante, Pointe
a Pitre, Port of Spain, Saint Barth, Santo Domingo, Saint Martin Grand Case, Saint Martin Juliana and St. Lucia.
Air Caribbean: (XC)
Officially designated a national airline by the government of Trinidad and Tobago. The
regional carrier has a twice-daily service to Barbados,
Grenada and Guyana.
A daily service to Miami will begin shortly,
with further plans for services to Jamaica, Caracas, New
York and Toronto.
Air China: (CA)
People's Republic of China. Its 42 international and regional routes and 61 domestic
routes serve 39 cities in 28 countries and regions and also most of the provincial
capitals, major cities and tourist attractions in China.

Charter airline based in Puerto Rico. From Florida

Courier: Airborne Express offers a delivery service to virtually every ZIP Code in the
United States and more than 200 countries worldwide.
Aircalin: (SB)
The airline of New Caledonia, Air Caledonie International, flies from Noum�a, to Auckland,
Brisbane, Melbourne,
Nadi, Papeete,
Port Vila, Sydney
